I contacted Jimmy to facilitate the repair of a part on my boat. After looking at the pictures I had sent him, he was not sure that this would be repairable. I thanked him for his time and continued my search. All other welders contacted said the same thing. Later that evening, Jimmy called me and said he had an idea of how to repair this part. By using his fabrication skills, jimmy was indeed able to fix the part in question by adding an aluminum rod to the center of the tubes to be welded. He was able to do this while I waited, and was very quick. He was very thorough, his attention to detail was impressive, and his welding skills are off the charts. I recently got to TN from Florida. Brought up my boat and "thought I" had winterized it properly by getting the water out of the engine block etc. Somehow forgot about the engine water heater core under the helm. So I had a water burst in a thin copper 180 degree turn and didn't even know if it could be fixed. Short story short Jim had it fixed with precision in about 30 minutes. I'm not a welder but I know super thin wall thickness metal is not easy to "get right" - but he certainly got it done right and quick. Could also tell he is just a super knowledgeable guy on welding and all things mechanical. Not many of those guys around anymore. Thanks Jim - I will not hesitate to call you the next time!!

Jim made me some stakes for hauling logs. The lumber yard kept breaking my 2x4's. He made steal stakes that fit perfectly on my gooseneck and installed a bolt at bottom so they wouldn't bounce out going down the road.

I recommend Jim if you want quality work and nice even welds. Not to mention he communicated with me several times to let me know progress of job.

Update Jim made these for me to haul cedar. View last picture I posted. They held up against very heavy oak logs!

We had completely tore a pully out the deck of our Dixon mower on a Friday afternoon and had given up all hope for it. We decided to run it over to Mr. Jim's shop and he assured us, with a smile, that everything would be back together by Tuesday.

He called the very next day to let me know it was ready, even though he had to fabricate a huge steel plate for the repair! Mr. Jim was concerned that I was losing income with the machine down and repaired it for me overnight. I believe it was better than factory! Mr. Jim even took the time to paint everything back to match!

I hired Jim to customize my Santa María grill. He cut the front section out, then crafted and installed a hinged door with side latches. The grill looks and great and functions so much better now. The finished product looks like I purchased the grill from the store, even though the door is an after market modification.
